The operating principle of the VCO shown in figure 2 is the same as the previous circuit (CB15461E). The difference is only in the fact that inverter triggers of a 4584 integrated circuit are used. Likewise, both the resistor and the capacitor can be changed depending on the desired frequency range and the control voltage must be between 3 and 15 V.
