This AC voltmeter, with 10 V full scale, has a sensitivity of 20 k ohms per volt. The supply must be made with a symmetrical source. For a full 100 V scale, a 200 k ohms resistor must be used at the input. The instrument is a 0-50 uA microammeter and the bridge diodes must be germanium, except D5 which can be silicon. Note that the signal input is made in relation to the 0 V point. The maximum signal input frequency is around 10 kHz for this configuration.
