This flip-flop is triggered by touch and uses as a base a CMOS integrated circuit of type 4093. This integrated has 4 Schmitt triggers of the NAND type that can be connected in a feedback system. The outputs can drain or supply currents of 0.5 mA or slightly more, depending on the supply voltage. A driver can be used to activate higher current loads. The touch sensors for the drive can be made with two close-up pins that must be touched simultaneously.
