This interesting circuit is suggested by National Semiconductor and is based on an LH0062 integrated circuit operating with high-speed FET, capable of reaching the frequency of 15 MHz. In this circuit, the input current is' converted into a pulse of proportional duration, according to the graph shown in the figure. The supply must be symmetrical with voltages in the range of 5 to 20 V and the input resistance of the LH0062 is 10 to 12 ohms, with an input offset current of only 1 pA.
