This circuit was found in a 1998 documentation. It makes use of 741 or other operational amplifiers configured as voltage comparators. The voltages of each LED lighting are determined by the corresponding zener diodes. The circuit is used to monitor stepped voltages up to 15 V, and the values depend only on the zeners and the settings.
