This circuit triggers a relay when a pulse of light hits the LDR. The potentiometer serves as a sensitivity adjustment, the circuit has a lock, remaining on even after the light is cut. The reset is done by pressing the pressure switch briefly. Consideration should be given to the 2 V voltage drop in the SCR while driving when choosing the relay.
