For the NOR or no-OR function (negative of the OR function) we take the previous configuration (CB15067E) and add an inverter with another NAND gate. We then use 4 gates to make the complete configuration of the NOR function. From the truth table, we see that the only condition in which we obtain level 1 is when the two inputs are at level 0. In the other conditions, the output will be 0.
