April 2017 - Mouser Electronics is sourcing the new Qoorvo RFCA8830 integrated circuit a CATV amplifier in GaAs with operating range from 45 MHz to 1200 MHz. The low noise, high linearity and high gain device is powered by 5 V being used In HFC optical nodes, DOCISIS 3.1 systems and balanced antenna applications.
