The circuit shown. From a 2009 documentation, it is used to work as a phantom antenna (non-radiating) or artificial charge and an RF meter, for adjusting transmitters. Resistors must be carbon or film. The assembly must be done inside a metallic box (armored) with the use of sand to cool the circuit. The sand used is of the fine white type, which must be washed and taken to the sun or oven to be free from any moisture.
