This blinker consists of a simple multivibrator and instead of the lamp, an LED and a 470 ohms series resistor can be used. The transistors can be the BC548 and the capacitors can be changed to change the frequency. The power supply must be equal to that of the lamp or for LEDs from 5 to 12 V.
