A pulse goes off this horn produces 800 Hz tone when fired. Powered by 5 V the circuit works as a shield and greater power can be obtained using a TIP32 at the output and powered with higher voltage, in which case the speaker may be of low impedance. For other applications, the CMOS can be powered by voltages from 5 to 12 V.
