This circuit was found in a 90s schematic manual published in Europe. The circuit uses two PNP RF transistors, but the polarity of the supply can be reversed so that the circuit uses NPN transistors like the BF245. The crystal can have frequencies up to about 40MHz. The trimmers adjust the oscillation points.
