The Texas Instruments OPAx145 Series of Operational Amplifiers is available from Mouser Electronics. The amplifiers are supplied in a variety of configurations with a gain x bandwidth of 5.5 MHz. The power supply current is only 475 uA and they operate with voltages from 4.5 to 36 V.
