This converter can be used to send information remotely from linear transducers, converting voltages into frequencies. The circuit operates linearly, converting voltages from 0 to 10V at frequencies from 0 to 10kHz. The resistor and capacitor connected to pin 5 of the circuit determine the operating frequency range. The LM331 integrated circuit used in this project is manufactured by National Semiconductor.
