This circuit is from a current regulator up to 1 A, ie a constant current source. The LM320 integrated circuit must be fitted with a heat radiator and the input voltage is a maximum of 15 V. The LM320 is a negative voltage regulator. C1 is required if the regulator is away from the power supply output.
