This circuit was obtained in an American publication of 1977. The circuit generates rectangular signals in the audio range, which can be reproduced by a piezoelectric transducer or crystal earphone. The frequency is 630 Hz for a 1 nF capacitor. This component can be changed to produce other frequencies.
