This circuit is of great use today, when solar energy is becoming increasingly important. The circuit is from an old publication, from the 90s, but uses common components and is therefore easy to implement. The circuit measures the performance of the cell that can be analyzed under different degrees of illumination. The power supply is 6 V and the transistor may be the BC548.
