The sensor of this circuit is an NTC with a resistance between 200 and 1000 ohms. The resistor R1 must have the same order of magnitude. The relay is a 12 V sensitive type and the transistor may be the BC548. The adjustment potentiometer can have the same order of value as the NTC.
