This antenna or booster amplifier operates with signals from the midband (MW) range up to the VHF range. The circuit uses a dual-port MOSFET and a bipolar transistor which may be the BF495. The circuit is powered by a battery and has a very low consumption. There are no coils, because it is an aperiodic circuit. We found this configuration in an American publication of 1993.
