This circuit, from an old 1988 publication, generates bars on the screen of an old analog TV for the VHF band. The circuit is to assist in calibrating the video steps of the receiver. It contains several switches and adjustments that allow you to modify the adjustment pattern. Power comes from a source built into the circuit.
