Originally this circuit is from an English magazine, but I found it in Argentina's Radio Chassis Television Magazine in a 1978 issue. The L1 coil is made up of 10 turns 28 on L2 and L2 consists of 80 to 100 turns of wire. 28 on a ferrite stick. At the output we can connect either a crystal headphone or the input of an amplifier. For weaker stations use an antenna. Binding of the variable to the indicating coil results in better selectivity over CIR1385. Use the BC548 instead of the BC108.
