This traditional two-transistor astable circuit has a frequency control that generates signals that depend on capacitors. Next to the diagram are given the generated waveforms. The circuit can be powered with 9 V of battery or powr source and its consumption is very low. An application is on a tuning fork, in which case accuracy depends on capacitors and the fit.
