This 1989 circuit generates horizontal bars on the screen of an old analog television. The circuit was indicated at the time for the linearity and height adjustments of those televisions. The widths and separations of the bars were selected by the 3 capacitor selector switch. The circuit directly radiates the signals to the television. L1 has 5 turns of 24 or 26 cm-1 shaped wire with center plug.
