This circuit was obtained from an English magazine from 1985. The N414 is a complete, not easy to find MW receiver. The transistor can be the BC548 and the headset must be crystal or piezoelectric. The bobbin consists of 100 loops of yarn 28 on a 10 to 15 cm ferrite rod. The variable can be obtained from a disused MW radio. The circuit is powered by a single AA or AAA battery.
