This circuit was found in a Radio Escuela Gráfica magazine from Argentina published in the 70's. The magazine no longer exists, but the circuit can be assembled using an ignition coil and for transistors we have the equivalents like BC558 for Q1 and Q2, BD135 for Q3 and TIP42 for Q4. The circuit must not be powered by a power supply without a transformer.
