Relays from 20 mA to 200 mA can be driven by this sensitive circuit.6 or 12 V relays can be used depending on the power supply voltage. If a BD135 is used for Q2 relays up to 500 mA can be driven. The input current is only 5 µA. The 1M5 ohm resistor can be changed to achieve the best performance.
