This circuit is based on a Texas Instruments LinMOS integrated circuit consisting of an operational amplifier. The filter rejection frequency is given by the double T and the formula for other frequencies to be obtained is next to the diagram. The power supply is made from 5 V single source and the circuit operates as a voltage follower, which guarantees a very high input resistance, which can be observed in the order of magnitude of the double T resistors.
