This circuit is indicated to operate from high impedance sources as piezoelectric transducers. Voltage gain is low, but power gain is high. Any equivalkent for the BF245 can be use such as the MPF102. Power supply can range from 9 to 12 V and current drain is very low. Bellow the simulation in the MultiSIM. Observe the adjustments for the function generator and the oscilloscope. This circuit can also be simulated in the MultiSIM Blue.
