Melexis MLX90293 Linear Hall Sensor
This Melexis component is available from Mouser Electronics. It can be used to measure the perpendicular component of a magnetic field in relation to the surface of the integrated circuit. The sensor circuit has a precision of 10 bits including selectable analog or PWM output modes.
