NCP730 LDO CMOS Regulator
Available from Mouser Electronics, this low voltage drop regulator operates with input voltages from 2.7 V to 38 V. The output voltages range from 1.2 V to 24 V and the maximum current is 200 mA. The voltage drop is only 290 mV with 150 mA in the 3.3 V version.
