Toshiba TLP170AM and TLP170GM Photorelays
Toshiba makes available through Mouser Electronis two types of photorelays in 4-pin SO6 enclosures for surface mounting. The components have a trigger current of 1 mA and can control a maximum current of 700 mA. The maximum resistance in the driving state is 0.3 Ohm.
