Lumissil IS31LT3177 and 78 LED Drivers
Available from Mouser Electronics, these drivers are linear adjustable current drivers that operate between 2.9 and 40 V with an adjustable current from 10 to 150 mA and also in a 200mA version. The PWM input goes up to 1 kHz and the voltage drop is only 1V with 150mA.
