SparkFun SEN-17731 Soil Moisture Sensor Development Tool
Sparkfun SEN-17731 Soil Moisture Sensor Development Tool that measures the moisture in the soil and similar materials. This sensor development tool is used in two large-exposed pads that function as probes for the sensor acting as a variable resistor. The soil moisture sensor development tool will start functioning after connecting the VCC and ground pins to Arduino-based device or compatible development board. The more water in the soil the better the conductivity between the pads with a lower resistance and a higher SIG out.
