This LED features InGaN on Sapphire chip technology, 5kV Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), 120° typical radiation, and class 1B corrosion robustness. The KRTB AILMS1 Micro SIDELED® 3806 LED offers a wavelength of 625nm (red), 520nm (green), and 470nm (blue). This LED is designed to provide a luminous intensity of 690mcd (red), 1749mcd (green), and 488mcd (blue). The low-package height of the device makes it ideal for limited space environments and perfect for coupling into light guides.
