Qorvo QPF7551 5GHz Wi-Fi® 6 U-NII1-2a bandBoost Integrated Front End Module integrates a 5GHz power amplifier (PA), UNII1- 2a bandBoost BAW filter, single pole two throw switch (SP2T), and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. The QPF7551 optimizes the PA for a 5V supply voltage while providing optional operation over a wide range. The QPF7551 features power consumption conservation while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. The Qorvo QPF7551 5GHz Wi-Fi 6 Integrated Front End Module integrates bandBoost technology enabling operation in UNII1- 2a while reducing out of band power in UNII2c-3 to a level that is appropriate for use on the same board. The device's receive path equals the optimal technologies to maximize Rx sensitivity through noise figure performance that is consistent over an expansive variety of conditions.
