Infineon Technologies TLE4971 XENSIV™ Magnetic Current Sensor is a high-precision miniature coreless magnetic current sensor for AC and DC measurements with two fast over-current detection outputs and an analog interface. Infineon's well-established and robust monolithic Hall technology enables highly linear and accurate measurement of currents with a full scale up to ±120A. The sensor is equipped with an internal self-diagnostic feature. Typical applications are onboard chargers as well as any kind of drive.
