onsemi NL17SG08 MiniGate Single 2-Input AND Gate is an advanced high-speed CMOS 2-input AND gate in an ultra-small footprint. The NL17SG08 input structures provide protection when voltages up to 4.6V are applied. The onsemi NL17SG08 is available in three ultra-small packages (SOT-953, SC-88A, and UDFN6).
