Toshiba TLX9150M Photorelay consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SO12L-T package. This photorelay features a 3mA maximum trigger LED current, 250Ω maximum on-state resistance, 900V peak off-state voltage, and 5000Vrms maximum isolation voltage (@t<1s). The TLX9150M photorelay is AEC-Q101 qualified and uses high-voltage MOSFET between output terminals, making it suitable for battery-related control applications. Typical applications include battery control in automotive equipment, fuel battery control in automotive equipment, and electric vehicles.
