This is a typical 5 waveband desktop receiver from the 1940's. The diagram shows that it used 6 tubes, some multi-grade like the mixer and even contained a tube preamp. The circuit had the feature of selecting preset stations through a switch. A montage considered luxury at the time. Audio output power was 4.5 W. A reference diagram for restorers.
