This circuit was published in a 1979 magazine, but it can still be easily assembled, as the components are common. The circuit generates a modulated audio tone like that of American police vehicles. An amplifier can be used at the output for greater volume. The supply can be done with voltages from 5 to 12 V. The diodes can also be 1N4148.
