In fact, it is a RF field indicator with an operational amplifier equivalent to the 741. This circuit was found in a Popular Electronics from 1991, but it can be easily assembled today. The antenna is telescopic, and the shock can be wound with 50 turns of wire 32 in a ferrite rod.
