This circuit was obtained in the publication 101 Electronics Projects of 1979. The circuit can be assembled easily, since all the components are common. The maximum time interval depends on R1 and C1, which can have maximum values of 1 M and 10 000 uF for more than half an hour. The load depends on the supply and the SCR can be the TIC106 for currents up to 3 A. The supply depends on the load.
