This circuit uses a piezoelectric tweeter to emit a powerful continuous sound above the audible limit, between 20 kHz and 25 kHz. The adjustment is made in P1 and the source must supply at least 2 A of current. The power MOSFET admits equivalent and must be mounted on a heat radiator. We can use the circuit in silos and other places to scare animals that hear ultrasound.
