This circuit generates a frequency modulated tone with excellent power. Other power MOSFETs can be used, which must be equipped with good heat radiators. The circuit must be powered by a source of at least 2 A or battery. The adjustments are for frequency and modulation. The speaker must be at least 40 W with good performance.
