The sensors can be screens having porous tissue between them. When the water moistens them, the circuit emits a sound determined by capacitors C1 and C2. Consumption is very low in the waiting condition. The transistor can be the BD135 and the power can be supplied with voltages from 5 to 12 V, without problems.
