November 2016 - Mouser Electronics already has the new Microchip MCP1810 Low Dropout (LDO) regulators with ultra low quiescent current in stock. The quiescent current is only 20 nA and it has standard output voltages in the range of 1.2 to 4.2 V. The output current is 100/150 mA and the voltage drop is only 380 mV.
