This project was found in a documentation from 1980. It is a central of sound effects, a simple circuit with which you can generate the most diverse sounds in your amplifier equipment. Two relaxation oscillators are used with unijunction transistors that work interdependently. Potentiometers P1 and P3 control the frequency of effects and potentiometer P2 the variation mode. The output of the device must be connected to the input of your amplifier or to a mixer if you want to superimpose your signals on recordings, etc.
