This circuit is from a 1988 publication. It makes use of an LM3914 LED driver circuit, still common in our market, measuring voltages in three ranges, according to the resistor values. These resistors can be switched with a key. The circuit is powered by 4 common batteries and the scale adjustment is done in the trimpot.
