July 2017 - Mouser Electronics already has in stock the new SCRs from the SJxx40x high temperature series from Littelfuse. The new components are specified for applications in rectifiers, voltage regulators, tools, exercise equipment, home appliances and more. The triggering is 40 mA with 1.5 V.
