This traditional stable configuration with the TTL 7400 integrated circuit was obtained in a documentation from the 1980s. The supply must be made with 5 V and the capacitor determines the frequency of the signals. The signals obtained are rectangular and the circuit can be used as a shield for microcontrollers.
